Bco live

This month we kicked off our 6th anniversary by hosting a free candlelit concert. Bco Live: Chicago’s Local Musical Talent Deserves an Intimate Stage

We’ve always known that healing takes many forms. Flowers. Stillness. The quiet work of putting something living in your hands. And music — the kind that fills a room slowly, finds somewhere in your chest, and doesn’t leave when the night does.

Some days you walk into a room carrying more than anyone can see.The week that didn’t go the way you needed it to. The conversation you’re still turning over. The tiredness that sleep hasn’t quite touched. You show up anyway — because something in you knew to. Because somewhere underneath all of it, you were still reaching for something that felt like relief.

And then someone starts to play. And without asking your permission, your shoulders drop. Your breath slows. Something you’d been holding without realizing it — loosens. Not because the music fixed anything. But because it sat down beside you. Because it said I know in the only language that doesn’t require explanation.

That’s what music does that nothing else quite can. It doesn’t ask you to be okay. It just makes space for wherever you actually are. And somehow, in that space, something in you begins to soften.

We’ve watched it happen with flowers. We watch it happen with music too.

What Bco Live Is

We open our doors and let the room become something else. Candles lit. And at the center — a Chicago artist sharing the gift they were built to share.

This isn’t background music. This isn’t entertainment as an afterthought. Bco Live is a dedicated platform for local musical talent to perform and be received fully — in a space that was designed, from the beginning, for human connection.

We believe the artist is part of the healing too. Their willingness to show up honestly on stage gives the rest of the room permission to exhale. To stop performing. To just be there together.

Our First Evening: Daisi

Artist Daisi was our first Bco Live performer, and she showed us exactly what this series is for.

The room was candlelit. Noah on the keys and Omar on the guitar moved through the evening with a quiet steadiness that held everyone inside it. Daisi’s presence — her voice, her aura turned our space into something closer to a sanctuary than a stage.

Chicago is full of artists who deserve to be truly heard. Bco Live exists to create space for them — and for you.

We’re continuing to grow this as a small, intimate music venue — one where artists can be experienced up close, and where every guest feels part of something shared, not just something watched.

Deep gratitude to Classick Studios for envisioning this collaboration with us and helping bring Bco Live to life in such a meaningful way

If you’re an artist looking for a space that sees you fully, or someone who just needs an evening that feels like something real — we’d love to have you here. We can't wait to host our next one.
